7. Take natural gypsum for reference as introduction
Natural gypsum generally includes dihydrate gypsum and anhydrous gypsum. In order to get the valuable materials, generally, we get semi-hydrated gypsum through heating the dihydrate gypsum.

7.1 Equipment character:
7.1.1 The production equipments are easy to arrange into a whole production line. Except production special set parts, the rest can adopt domestic standard equipments.
7.1.2 The driving device can also adopt domestic standard equipments. This would reduce the manufacture of nonstandard equipments; thus the production because more safe and stable.

9. The introduction of produce process
According to the features of produce process, this project can be mainly dividing into four sections: Crushing, Milling, Calcination, Convey and Packing.
10.Finished Product related parameters
10.1 Product quality: reach or exceed the china requirements.
10.2. Fineness: 100 mesh-300mesh
10.3. Bending strength (have direct relations with raw material) : was 1.8 Mpa; Compressive strength: was 3.0 Mpa.
10.4. Main relative composition:
Hemihydrate gypsum content:≥ 80% adjustable
The content of dihydrate gypsum: ﹤ 5% adjustable
Soluble anhydrous gypsum content: ﹤ 5% adjustable
10.5. Initial setting time: 3 ~ 8 min adjustable; Final setting time: 6 ~ 15 min adjustable.
10.6. Scale thick: 78 ~ 85% adjustable.
