3.Raw materials and process

Polystyrene particles sandwich lightweight wall is mainly produced by calcium silicon board (cement fiberboard and glass magnesium board), cement, polystyrene foam particles (perlite, foamed cement, ceramsite, vermiculite, etc.), fly ash, sand and additive and a series of ratio of raw materials.
