The gypsum powder production line has increased the load-bearing capacity of the equipment

Author:

Gypsum needs to go through processes such as crushing, screening, grinding, powder selection, calcination, and drying to produce qualified dry gypsum powder. Gypsum has good sound insulation, heat insulation, and fire resistance properties. Due to its special properties, after crushing, the powder is fine and stable in chemical properties, and has important applications in industries such as construction and chemical engineering. For gypsum grinding equipment, grinding machines are commonly used.
Process flow of gypsum powder production line
The production process from gypsum to gypsum powder can be summarized as crushing, grinding, and calcination. The equipment used includes electromagnetic vibration feeders, jaw crushers, grinding machines, belt conveyors, calcination equipment, etc. To achieve ideal * * effects, pulse dust collectors can also be equipped. The main process is as follows:
Stage 1: Crushing of raw materials
The gypsum bulk material is crushed by a jaw crusher to a feed fineness of 15mm-50mm that can enter the grinding machine. Weak materials with high moisture content can also be air dried or dried before crushing. After crushing, they are sieved and fed into the grinder. The body design of the jaw crusher is a cast steel structure, and reinforcing ribs are installed on the heavy-duty parts, which improves the equipment's load-bearing capacity and increases product output.
Phase 2: Grinding
The crushed limestone small pieces are sent to the storage hopper by a hoist, and then evenly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the grinder for grinding by a feeder. The material is processed through a rotor, and the processed material has a fine powder and high sealing performance, making it less prone to dust pollution. In addition, the energy and electricity consumption of the grinding machine is 30-40 less than other grinding machines, and its processing efficiency is much higher than that of similar equipment. The material can be processed and formed in one go.
Three stages: grading
The materials after grinding are classified by the classification system, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine for re grinding.
Four stages: calcination
Gypsum powder is generally calcined using a rotary kiln, which involves drying the material. The dried material is not only convenient for transportation but also has a better price. The rotary kiln is designed with multi-channel burners, which have low fuel consumption, good high-temperature resistance, and longer service life.
