Methods for Improving the Performance of Gypsum Board Production Line

Nowadays, the construction work of major buildings not only has high requirements for the strength of building materials such as gypsum boards, but also has certain regulations for their various performance situations. In order to meet various needs during the construction process, it is crucial to find ways to improve the performance of gypsum board production lines.
After long-term practice, it has been shown that adding blast furnace slag to gypsum board will have certain benefits in various aspects such as adaptability, durability, and construction. Especially after adding ultrafine mineral powder material to gypsum board, the particle space in it can be replaced by fine powder, and the quantity will also increase during the mixing process, making the concrete flow smoother and improving the adaptability of gypsum board and additives. However, it should be noted that if coarse fly ash and processed fly ash are used, their adaptability is not very good due to their large adsorption capacity.
(1) Homogenizing the composition of raw materials, reducing quality fluctuations, in order to facilitate the production of higher quality clinker and stabilize the production of the firing system.
(2) Expand the utilization of mining resources, increase mining efficiency, and maximize the coverage and interlayer of the mine, ensuring that no or less waste rocks are produced during the mining process.
(3) Quality and control requirements for mining can be relaxed to reduce mining costs.
(4) Strong adaptability to sticky and wet materials.
(5) Provide long-term stable raw materials for the factory, or mix different components of raw materials in the yard, making it a pre batching yard, creating conditions for stable production equipment operation rate.
(6) The gypsum board production line has a high degree of automation.
